Do I need broadband to use CallConX?

Yes. You need a minimum 2mb upload internet connection.

Can I use my existing number?

Yes. Most numbers can be ported to our parent company Brindley Data Services.

Please note: In the case of landline numbers, when you port your number to Brindley Data Services your line will cease on the day of the transfer. If that line also had a broadband service on it, it will also cease. Plan carefully if this is your only internet connection. You may need to consider installing a new (line and) broadband service before porting your desired number. 

Can I select an area code?

Yes, we can allocate phone numbers based on preferred area codes.

How long does it take to get started with CallConX?

It takes between 2-4 days to deliver your handset. Once the phone is connected to your broadband it will register then you can start using it.
