Possible cause:
The handset is not receiving power
Solution:
Make sure the device supplying POE is receiving power and the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the handset.
The handset display is not shown well
Possible cause:
The display contract is too low on the handset
Solution:
Adjust the displays contrast
I cannot hear a dial tone
Solution:
Confirm the Ethernet cable is not damaged and properly connected to the handset.
The date and time are incorrect
Solution:
Adjust the date and time on the handset
The Message/Ringer lamp is lit
Possible cause:
You have received a voicemail while you were on the phone or away from your desk.
Solution:
Check your voicemail
I cannot make calls
Possible cause:
The phone number was entered incorrectly
Solution:
Confirm the phone number entered is correct
I cannot make long distance calls
Possible cause:
CallConX does not allow you to make long distance calls without subscribing to the Top Up service
Solution:
Make sure you have subscribed to the long distance Top Up service
Your handset does not ring when a call is received
Possible cause:
The ringer is turned off
Solution:
Press the volume key while a call is received, or change the ringer volume settings
The other party cannot hear my voice
Possible cause:
The handset is on mute
Solution:
Turn off the mute feature on the handset
I cannot add or edit entries to the phonebook list
Possible cause:
The phonebook list is full
Solution:
Delete any unnecessary entries.
The maximum number of entries in the phonebook list is 500

Check LAN Cable
Possible cause:
The Ethernet cable is not connected
Solution:
Check the Ethernet is not damaged and connected properly

IP Address
Possible cause:
The handsets network settings are incorrect
Solution:
Check your handset has not got an IP Address collision

Not Registered
Possible cause:
Failed to register to SIP server
Solution:
Consult the system administrator
Memory Full
Possible cause:
The memory on the handset is full and cannot store the new entry
Solution:
Remove unnecessary data in the Phonebook and try again
Need Repair
Possible cause:
Device fault
